SJR National Repair Center stands behind our work, and our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction! Please carefully read our conditions to understand what is covered under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

Watch Repairs

• Watch repairs performed by SJR National Repair Center are guaranteed for up to 6 months, beginning on the date you receive your timepiece back from our facility.
• We cannot guarantee watches against accidental damage or abuse. We will guarantee our services only if the piece is in a condition consistent with normal wear and tear.
• Any damage or malfunction not found to be related to services performed at our facility will not be covered under our guarantee. Instead, you may receive an estimate, which you may accept or decline, to repair your timepiece.

Jewelry Repairs

• Jewelry repairs performed by SJR National Repair Center are guaranteed for up to 3 months, beginning on the date you receive your jewelry back from our facility.
• We cannot guarantee jewelry against accidental damage or abuse. We will guarantee our services only if the piece is in a condition consistent with normal wear and tear.
• Any damage or malfunction not found to be related to services performed at our facility will not be covered under our guarantee. Instead, you may receive an estimate, which you may accept or decline, to repair your jewelry.
